Shipping & Return Policies
Shipping Conditions:
Nablus Olive Oil Soap Company ships to the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii. Currently, we are unable to ship to the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, or the Northern Mariana Islands.
We ship the majority of our packages using USPS and you should receive your package in 5-10 business days of ordering. Once your package ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package to its arrival.
Common Delivery Issues:
Please double check that the shipping address you entered is correct. We do not refund or replace items that have been shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If you notice you have entered your address incorrectly, please notify us immediately and we will do our best to get it changed within our system before it ships, but cannot guarantee the correction of an incorrect address.
If your tracking number indicates your order has been delivered to the address provided and you have not received your order, please contact your local post office to file a claim.
If you live in an apartment building with a shared mailroom, please consider shipping your package to an alternate address to protect against the possibility of theft. We do not reship orders that have been tracked and delivered to the provided address.
Returns
We will gladly issue a refund for your item(s):
- Soap can be returned for any reason.
- To receive a refund, you must return your product within 60 days of your purchase date.
- To receive a refund, the soap bar must be at least 50% intact.
- Only returned soap will be issued a refund. Any products not returned will not be refunded.
- Any used soap must be dried before returning. (note: used soap will not be resold)
- The cost of return shipping and handling is $3 for your first item and $1 for each additional item. The return shipping and handling cost will automatically be deducted from the refund amount. Contact us for return labels.
- For orders that include a multi-pack, you will be refunded the discounted purchase price of the items that are eligible for return.
- If your order was placed on Amazon, you’ll need to contact Amazon directly concerning return/refund information.
- Refunds do not include the original shipping cost (if applicable).
